Ingenious use of space makes this small apartment in Milan seem larger

With only 50 square meters to work with, the challenge for the architect was to make the most of the space and not make it look cramped. The answer lay in creating three distinct living spaces separated by non-obtrusive walls, which allow the light from the windows to spread everywhere.
