Dorte & Preben have preserved their home's luminosity & neo-classical soul; DK

Dorte and Preben moved into this neo-classical home from 1928 in 1981, with their three little girls and a cocker spaniel. The couple were adamant that the house retain its classic character. Because of the enormous amount of light coming in through the original windows, Dorte chose soft tones and colours for the interior, mostly whites. Meanwhile, Swedish, French and Danish antiques were carefully gathered through the years to create a characterful atmosphere.
